Question:

It's hard to find foods that can help with pre-diabetes, anti-inflammatory issues, and acid reflux. It seems many of the recommended foods for each issue cancel each other out. Any suggestions'? Thx

— Christine Miller

Answer:

So there are enough fruits and vegetables in the world of fruits and vegetables that you can find some that, so what I think you're maybe talking about is, so tomatoes can, can cause acid reflux and they're also anti-inflammatory. It's gonna take a while for you to find what those foods are and you might want to start with like the worst thing first. So, um, acid reflux maybe working on that or your diabetes, you decide. So, but I wouldn't make it just start somewhere. Um, and I know the reason I'm saying acid reflux is because if you can get that under control, you can eat a more variety of foods and they wouldn't be as limiting. Um, so see how you do with that.
