What type of knife is the best to slice mushrooms?

Answer:
I use a small knife called Vionic. It's made by the Swiss Army people. It looks like a bread and butter knife. It happens to be the knives that come on the charlie cart. Uh, and they slice beautifully and, uh, they leave a nice clean edge. And, uh, I have a set of four of them and, uh, you can look them up, but that's my favorite knife, even though I have really beautiful knives from all over the place. And I have, uh, $200 knife, but I like this little $4 heights the best.
