Question:

Is there a substitute for lemon juice? What if you are allergic to lemon?

— Jacqueline Lobban

Answer:

So you could do lime juice, orange juice, you can do any types of vinegars, flavored vinegars, uh, rice vinegar, um, well salmon vinegar, red wine vinegar, all sorts of vinegars. And also alcohol that I don't usually usually use alcohol. I'll use another type of citrus or another type of vinegar.
