Are there courses in Culinary Medicine available to take?

Answer:

That's what I've been doing for the last six years. Loutrina. First I created the textbooks with four experts and then I partnered with Rouxbe. And over the last year and a half we've built what's called the Food Coach Academy. Um, the Food Coach Academy basically is a culinary medicine training program. And you get 510 continuing education hours from the American Culinary Federation. And um, it really goes into a, it's a 13 course, um, program where you get a certificate of completion at the end and you get these continuing education hours.
