Question:

Do I lose the nutrition of onions if I dice them, then refrigerate them for four days before I use them?

— Laurie Wallace

Answer:

Now you can do that Lori, but when you dice the onions and you put them in the fridge, when you take them out of the fridge after 1, 2, 3, 4 days, they say it can even be up to a week. You wanna make sure you cook those onions because they could have gotten some bacteria on them you do not use, um, um, have them raw. So yes, you can, um, cut up the onions and excuse me, people, I eat a bunch of stuff and it's, uh, there we go. Excuse me if you heard my bird. Um, so yes, then just um, heat them up because uh, you don't wanna risk, um, getting any type of food poisoning.
