How can food labels state "no added sugars," yet also list in the ingredients cane sugar or other added sweetener?

Answer:
This, this is the best question because it's my favorite question, uh, because so many times I'll hear someone say, and it's sugar free, there's no sugar in it. What they wanna say is that there are no refined sugars in it. But whether you're using, uh, something like dates to add sweetness or you're using a coconut sugar or whatever, uh, there's still an o in that, for example, fructose, which is a sugar.
