Do you have a recipe for a crisp peanut butter cookie. I have tried about 10 and I cannot get a crisp cookie. ?

Answer:

Well, first of all, congratulations to you for trying. Um, I think my peanut butter cookies pretty crisp. Um, you know, there are people who like soft cookies and people who like crispy cookies, and I like crispier cookies. Try lowering the amount of fat in your cookie. Peanut butter has a lot of fat in it, so you shouldn't need a lot. And the, and try baking them obviously a bit longer. But without looking at your recipe, I can't really help you. Um, I have a peanut butter cookie. I'm trying to think if it's on my website. It might be. It's definitely in my book More great good dairy free desserts naturally. And I'm, and it's pretty crispy if you bake it longer. I give people two choices. You like it chewier, bake it this much. You like it crispier, bake it this much. But it has a lot less added fat than most peanut butter cookies. You know, the more fat in the cookie, the more it spreads and could potentially be crisper.
